The work on this project is a team effort
involving the local history societies of Leatherhead and Esher.
The facilitator for the Esher District Local History Society is their
chairman, Paul Langton.
It is hoped that a facilitator for the Parish of St Andrew's, Oxshott
will shortly be found.

21 Sep 10 WWII - via Annabel Dilks: I have recently spoken with Cyril Wadey the brother of Reginald Wadey, who still lives in Oxshott, after I came across your site and he has asked me to inform you that this particular R Wadey is Reginald Maurice Harold Wadey.His details on the CWGC I have checked with Cyril and they are correct.

4 Mar 09 WWI - It is noted that W Scarfe is among the names on the War Memorial at St Laurence Effingham [22 Nov 11: However, research by the Effingham Local History Group has since shown that that was a mis-spelling on the Effingham memorial (it should have been SCARFF).]
